I work with anxious teens, overwhelmed adults, and exhausted moms who often feel like they’re not enough, whether it’s in their friendships, relationships, families, or as a parent. They keep pouring themselves into others, and into everything, but feel so empty and at a loss. If you’ve got a loud inner critic that keeps pushing you to do more & makes it impossible to rest, or questions if people will really stick around, you’re not alone.

From the chaos of teenagehood to the messiness of adulthood, and for moms carrying the emotional weight of raising humans—I’m here to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that might feel a little lost right now. Together, we’ll dig beneath the surface, unlearn old patterns, and recreate something more grounded, more aligned, and more true to who you are, at a pace that feels right for you.

Whether you’re feeling disconnected from yourself, overwhelmed by the weight of parenting, or carrying guilt after lashing out at the people you love, I offer a space to slow down, share the thoughts often left unspoken, and find your way back to yourself.
